SERVICES

1. IMMEDIATE MEDICAL CARE - At the Vernon Urgent Care Center we treat a wide variety of medical conditions such as: colds, flu, sore throats, ear infections, wax removal, upper respiratory infections, lacerations, burns, allergic reactions, poison ivy, asthma, sprains and bone fractures. Dermabond wound repair is also available, this is painless and no stitches are required.

2. ROUTINE PHYSICALS - We do physical exams of differing complexity depending on the individual's age and health history.

3. SCHOOL PHYSICALS - School physicals for sports (football, basketball, cheerleading, soccer, baseball etc…) are also available.

4. VACCINES - Flu, Pneumonia, Meningitis, Hepatitis, Rabies, Lyme, Tetanus and others are available on request.

5. I.V. THERAPY (Intravenous therapy) - We do Intravenous Therapy with antibiotics for Lyme Disease and Cellulitis.

6. X-RAYS & EKGS - On site X-Rays & EKG's are available.

7. AUDIOMETRY - We perform audiometric hearing tests as part of certain physical exams.

8. VISUAL TESTING - Industrial vision testing done with Optec 2000 vision tester for most major physicals.

9. DRUG SCREENING - Urine and blood drug tests. Some results available within 10 minutes.

10. OCCUPATIONAL/WORKERS COMP EVALUATIONS - Same day evaluation for Workers Compensation.

11. FAA EXAMS - CLASS I, II, III Senior Aviation Examiner available for physical exams.
