PAYMENTS

Although payment is expected at time of service as it is in most Medical offices, we will make it as painless as possible. You can use cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. As a courtesy to our patients we can arrange credit card consent in lieu of payment at the time of service for billings over $100.00. In doing so, we will submit that claim to the insurance company for you, or we will supply you with a completed 1500 form for you to mail to your insurance company and payment will be made directly to you.
